|Welcome to the Berkeley KYC tutorial|
In this tutorial we will go through the process of doing the KYC procedure for the Berkeley payment platform. To begin please log in to your Berkeley account which can be found on this link: Berkeley/login.
From your dashboard click on Settings > KYC Verification.
This will bring you to the profile update page where you can edit certain personal information (such as province). Click on the Change button to edit the details.
Make any necessary edits and click on the Next button.
Once you’ve input all the correct data you can submit the request. Click on the Submit button if all the details are in order.
This will bring you to the next step in the KYC process. Please read the instructions on this page carefully as you may be required to upload additional documents. You can also Upload the documents before being prompted by the system, if you wish.
From this point onward, the KYC verification is carried out by Berkeley. Should you have any questions about their KYC process please contact Berkeley support.
